We are stewards of capital and creativity

At Dreamscape, we are stewards of both creativity and capital. Our goal is to (re)develop residential, retail, hospitality, entertainment and gaming properties into unique and dynamic environments that command attention and maximize value for our investors.

Dreamscape’s mission is to generate long-term financial prosperity through a diversified portfolio of differentiated, forward-thinking real estate projects.

Our focus is on creating multi-faceted and dynamic residential, retail, hospitality, entertainment and gaming experiences.

Our broad, talented team of real estate professionals is led by Founder and CEO Eric Birnbaum whose noteworthy projects include: Henry Hall, The Pod Hotel and The Goodtime Hotel. The team specializes in analyzing, underwriting, structuring and executing transitional and (re)development projects.

Target Acquisitions and Capabilities
Dreamscape seeks to identify well-located but undercapitalized, underutilized or mismanaged assets across its target sectors. Dreamscape also works with existing ownership groups that may be in need of the capital, operational expertise or creative vision to improve a property’s positioning.
Dreamscape analyzes market and submarket trends to project a location’s economic health and potential. We focus on pure real estate fundamentals, demographic data, and other critical statistical information that give us insight as to whether an asset can be (re)developed or (re)positioned to meet our investment criteria.
Once Dreamscape has identified an opportunity, the team taps into its network of collaborators to bring the concept to life. This process ensures a finely calibrated balance integrating capital and creativity.
